S-Parameter Library
S-sparameter files for use with linear simulators, representing diodes, transistors, and IC devices, as well as reference data for some obsolete products. Noise parameters are included where appropriate. Files can be view or downloaded individually in the library, or downloaded in "DesignPak" zipped archives.
