2nd Generation
PHEMT Products

Our 2nd Generation PHEMT process was designed specifically for repeatability and high performance. The following products are manufactured using this process.

MGA-72543 Step Gain LNA with Bypass Switch

Incorporated functions:
Low Noise Amplifier
adjustable bias allowing selectable linearity and stepped gain (for use as driver amplifier)
on chip bypass switch to reduce current and boost dynamic range in the presence of a large input signal
Key specs:
3 Volt, 20 mA nominal operation (5 uA with switch closed)
LNA: NF=1.5 dB, Ga=14 dB, IP3i=+10.5 dBm
switch: IL=2.5 dB, IP3i=+295 dBm
Use
LNA for CDMA handsets (CDMA 1900, CDMA 800, dual band dual mode, dual band tri-mode)
Step Gain Driver Amplifier for CDMA handsets (CDMA 1900, CDMA 800, dual band dual mode, dual band tri-mode)
