The maximum change in output frequency as a result of a specified change
in operating temperature.
In regard to oscillators, a measure of the change in frequency over the
specified operating temperature range. It is commonly expressed as
parts-per-million per degree Celsius (ppm/C) or as a percentage figure.
From a system applications view, the total frequency drift with temperature
is sometimes specified around the frequency set at room temperature in +
total parts per million.
